Made of hand-picked and sustainably grown American oak wood, Midnight has a feature that all climbers will love! In fact, inside the package there are two bolts that you can screw on the T nut mounted on the back of the beam.
Under the handles placed on the back perfect for heating, in fact, you can fix these two plates that allow you to do traction or suspension with a help: you can in fact unload your weight and do exercises that without this help you would not be able to do and consequently it will be very difficult to learn how to do it. Such as the famous single-arm traction: unload a little less and decrease the discharged kilos a little at a time and you will see that slowly it will succeed.
In addition to this gem, the beam is structured on three levels of slates. On the upper level you will find two external pockets that can accommodate up to four fingers with a depth of 2.5 cm, two holes for a single finger of about 3.8 cm and two other notches of 3.6 cm.
In the central row of grips you will find grips that have a depth that varies from 1.9 cm to 2.5 cm, while in the lower row you will have more bad grips suitable for more experienced climbers: notches of 0.25, 0.5 and 0.60 mm!
Finally, in the upper part there are two lateral flared sockets inclined by 30 ° and a central one inclined by 15 °.
