AKU Trekker Pro are men's trekking boots perfect for tackling your excursions: they are comfortable, light and practical and you can wear them for even medium difficulty outings.
The upper is in suede leather to increase the comfort of fit and to ensure maximum durability and is also covered with a precious Gore-Tex membrane. This way Trekker Pro are completely waterproof and you will never have to be afraid of walking on wet paths or in the rain again!
The sole, tread and insole package has been meticulously studied in order to also bring advantages to the user's walk. Therefore, thanks to the Elica Natural Stride System technology you will have an optimal distribution of loads with a significant reduction in vibrations and stress that the step gives to the foot.
But let's see this system in a little more detail: for the support phase in the heel area in the insole it is inclined outwards to follow the movement that the thallus makes. In the external part of the heel the insole is higher to better cushion shocks while the internal part aims to distribute the thrust force perfectly.
As for the thrust phase, the insole is inclined inwards to accommodate the movement of the forefoot. In fact, the tread studs are also slightly protruding to increase the support surface and facilitate pushing.
