Antworks Ant Enna Wood is a wooden pull-up bar suitable for Antworks peg boards and beams including Power Ant Mini and Strong Ant 2.
The wood does not damage the skin and allows for a firm grip, perfect for doing a lot of exercises: wide-grip, tight, behind-the-head pull-ups and whatever you can think of.
Assembly is very simple, the pull-up bar is inserted into the appropriate holes in the peg boards or compatible beams (not included).
