Ash Climbing Portable Hangboard is a super versatile portable climbing beam, perfect for warming up at the crag or for training at home and on the go, just hang it anywhere thanks to its lanyard!
Made of high quality 24 mm birch plywood, the beam has two pockets on the sides 20 mm or 15 mm deep depending on the direction with which you decide to use it. In the center you will find a 20 mm pocket. To warm up you can use it as if it were a good grip by holding yourself directly on its outer edge.
By adjusting the arrangement of the cord you can increase or decrease the difficulty, varying the exercises to be done. In addition to the verse you can also tilt it to your liking making the training easier or more difficult!
