Antworks Ant Bar pull-up bar training
The Antworks Ant Bar pull-up bar is designed for any type of training and is very simple and quick to apply thanks to the two special side anchoring elements made of brushed stainless steel.
The Antworks Ant Bar is made of ash wood, flexible, and has a load capacity of over 100 Kg.
The Ant Bar has a width of 870 mm and the distance between the bar and the board is 100 mm.
You can apply the Ant Bar to the Strong Ant III hangboard, which must be purchased separately (click here to view the product). The spacers for application to the Strong Ant are included in the package.
