Made from Tyono 30 fabric, a 50 gsm mini-ripstop nylon with mechanical stretch, this jacket combines surprising resistance to gusts with optimal breathability to prevent overheating during exertion. The material has been updated with a PFAS-free FC0 DWR water-repellent treatment, which repels moisture without the use of persistent chemicals, keeping the garment extremely technical and environmentally friendly. Thanks to its incredibly packable structure, the Squamish Hoody can be folded entirely into its chest pocket and secured to the harness via a reinforced loop, making it the perfect ally for wall stops or more exposed passages. The StormHood hood is helmet-compatible and adjustable to ensure total coverage without limiting peripheral visibility, while the elastic cuffs and articulated patterning provide unrestricted freedom of movement. Weighing only 150 grams, this shell is ideal to wear over a t-shirt or as a protective layer over a fleece, disappearing into the backpack when the sun comes back out.
