Ash Climbing Offcut Board portable climbing hold
Ash Climbing Offcut Board is a portable climbing hold that you can take with you to train anywhere! It takes up very little space and allows you to train really hard.
With edges of 20 and 15 mm, you can hold it like a handle, like a notch, or if you really like to complicate things, like a pinch!
Its versatility makes it a great warm-up companion at the crag or for training while traveling, during lunch breaks, or wherever you want. Some also use it for the rehabilitation of injured fingers by attaching weights to train bodyweight or gym equipment for more specific exercises.
