Great ski for light alpine touring, the Atomic Backland 80 SL is built with ultra-light SL fiberglass, Ultra Light Woodcore, and Carbon Backbone to reduce overall weight and ensure efficient performance uphill. A bit narrower than the Backland 86 SL, this agile, stable, and super lightweight ski loves the ascent. Solid on the descent, the All Mountain Rocker allows the ski to glide in all snow conditions, while the Carbon Backbone provides exceptional agility and stable edge grip on the descent. A cut notch in the tips allows for an easy and quick skin change. Super lightweight, smooth, and stable, this ski sits between the Backland UL and the regular Backland skis.
