Atomic N Backland 62 UL ski for ski mountaineering
Atomic N Backland 62 UL is a ski for ski mountaineering designed primarily for ski running and competitions, developed in collaboration with the best World Cup athletes.
This ski is extremely lightweight thanks to the construction of poplar and carob wood for the core and carbon for the outer coating. The mix of materials used makes Backland 62 UL one of the lightest skis for ski running on the market: only 670 g for a durable ski thanks to the carbon and truly very fast on ascents.
As for descents, you will have a particularly stable ski thanks to an optimized rocker (the tip is slightly angled upwards) and the HRZN Tech Tip technology. This technology involves widening the tip by 10% designed to improve the stability of the ski in descent.
