Black Diamond Mips Capitan Kid is a helmet designed for young climbers who go to the crag with mom and dad and then return to camp with their bicycle. The Capitan Kid's Helmet has dual certification for climbing and cycling, making it a unique helmet for children. It features a 2-piece ABS shell and dual-density EPS foam. The Capitan for kids meets the side and rear protection requirements set by the UIAA, while the vents provide ample breathability for warmer days. A low-profile suspension system adjusts the fit, while the integrated clips for the headlamp with an elastic at the back allow for attaching a Wiz Kid headlamp to the helmet for evening sessions. Finally, an included sticker pack lets the child customize the look of the helmet, adding a touch of individuality to their favorite protective shell.
