BD Black Diamond Focus are extremely precise climbing shoes. Their sole is semi-rigid, providing excellent precision when placing the foot, even on the smallest footholds, while also being ideal for smearing on the most technical slabs.
The upper is made of leather, while the tongue follows the Engineered Knit Technology system, which, thanks to the material it is made of, is comfortable and breathable.
To tackle modern climbing, which involves smearing, heel hooks, and toe hooks, BD has thought of everything. Indeed, as mentioned earlier, they have designed the sole with a not too rigid compound to allow for better smearing of the shoe on your favorite volumes. Regarding the heels, a heel with three-dimensional grooves has been created so that it can hook anywhere, while on the toe, there are rubber strips applied to the upper that allow you to remain stationary when you have a movement that requires a toe hook!
The Focus concludes with a simple and quick double Velcro closure!
