BD Black Diamond Viper Hammer Ice Tool
The BD Black Diamond Viper Hammer is a 50 cm hammer ice tool. It is easy to handle and particularly lightweight thanks to the aluminum handle. It is also very durable as the blade is made of titanium, which increases its longevity on rugged mountainous terrain.
The handle features a rubber grip to improve traction. It also has two FlickLock finger slots: one at the base of the handle and one in the middle, to facilitate two-handed use.
It has two holes for attaching a carabiner for hanging: one on the head and one on the tip.
The head is modular and can be used with all Black Diamond blades; the hammer can also be replaced with the blue one.
Thanks to its curvature, this ice tool is suitable for both challenging alpine climbs and vertical ice walls.
