CAMP Corner rock piton
Camp Corner is a tempered steel rock piton, practically unbendable and ideal for use on granite. Its hold is achieved by fitting it into the crack where it is driven in and the subsequent twist it creates under stress. Corner has an angular, V shape, which guarantees excellent resistance to extraction from the crack. Ultimately, its resistance depends not only on its mechanical characteristics but also on the resistance to flaking of the crack. Thus used, it constitutes an excellent anchor point to the rock.
