CAMP Corsa Alpina ice axe mountaineering and ski mountaineering
CAMP Corsa Alpine is the most technical version of all the ski mountaineering ice axes in the Corsa series.
Perfect for more technical mountaineering and challenging ski mountaineering outings, this version combines the lightness of the aluminum shaft with a steel head. The steel blade is tapered with a thickness that varies from 4 mm to 3 mm and ensures good penetration on hard snow and ice.
The shaft is slightly curved to improve the strike without making it difficult to use as a pole.
A special nylon insert has been placed inside the shaft to prevent snow accumulation.
Finally, grooves have been carved into the shaft to improve grip and hold.
The 45 cm version is perfect for mountaineering and ski mountaineering outings that require good performance from both the lightweight aluminum shaft and the steel pick.
