Captain Fingerfood Hangboard 180 + Flexstep climbing hangboard

Captain Fingerfood Hangboard 180° is an excellent climbing hangboard for training at home or in the gym. Extremely versatile, you can use it in many ways and train wherever you want and can!

This kit includes both the portable hangboard and the bracket to attach it to the wall. This means you will have plenty of places to train, at home or in the park. If it's a bad day and you can't go outside, you can attach the hangboard to the bracket and start your training session; otherwise, you can go outside and hang the board on a tree or anywhere else! All you need to do is take the hangboard out of the bracket, which remains attached to the wall.

Moreover, if you train at home, keep in mind that the bracket can be tilted at three different angles (0° - 10° - 20°) making it perfect for every type of climber: both for the more experienced and for those who have just started.

This hangboard also has another brilliant idea: the possibility to rotate it 180° and switch from warm-up mode to training mode. The same holds are used, but they have different inclinations and depths depending on the direction of the hangboard.

Hangboard 180° is very essential in terms of holds you can find: you will find two notches for four fingers, two holes for two fingers, and a central notch for one-arm exercises. In total, you have as many as 24 different hold positions!

With a simple gesture, you can insert the hangboard from either side and change the direction once you have finished warming up and wish to move on to the more challenging phase of training.

All of this is on a hangboard only 45 cm long!
