The Colltex Natural Skin + Ski Wax in 40 grams is a versatile and eco-friendly wax, suitable for both climbing skins and ski bases. Designed to reduce friction during the push and improve the glide of Nordic or alpine climbing skins, it can also be used as a classic glide wax. Its eco-friendly formula is suitable for synthetic, mixed, or mohair skins and can be applied to ski bases with a ski iron at 130°C.
The packaging, made from recyclable cardboard, contains 40 grams of wax, sufficient for extended use and convenient to carry in a backpack to optimize glide during outings. The biodegradable natural paraffin decomposes completely in nature within a few days and is suitable for snow temperatures ranging from 0 to -30°C and ambient temperatures from +10 to -30°C. The natural impregnation prevents the formation of clumps and ice, optimizing the glide of skins and skis.
The wax can be applied cold or hot, preferably with a cloth, and is suitable for both backcountry Nordic skis and alpine skis. Produced by Toko, it contributes to sustainability due to the absence of fluorine and recyclable packaging.
