Edelrid HMS Bulletproof Belay FG climbing carabiner
Edelrid HMS Bulletproof Belay FG is an ideal climbing carabiner for making safety thanks to the particular locking system that holds it in position once fixed to the harness service ring.
The steel insert, typical of the Bulletproof series, increases the life of the carabiner without affecting the weight too much (only 87 g). What differentiates it most is the integrated spring bar that holds the carabiner in place eliminating the risk of cross-loading. Furthermore, the bar can only be opened when pressed from above.
The Keylock sliding opening lever is intuitive and quick to open, while maintaining the safety of classic screw-lock carabiners.
