Explore Climbing XC Kalymnos Smooth are a pair of cane-shaped grips, just like all those you find in the crags of Kalymnos.
You can hang them in both directions and decide the size of the grip with which to train: you can do countless hangs and pulls on a suspended device and therefore on an unstable surface.
Remember that training on movable equipment is much more complicated than on fixed equipment attached to the wall: you must keep all the muscles of your body engaged and try to avoid large swings! For optimal use of this equipment, train indoors.
This version, the Smooth version, has a smooth wooden surface to increase the difficulty of the grip.
