The Gregory Pack Nano Plus Size 20 offers extended comfort during hikes thanks to its breathable perforated back and padded mesh shoulder straps. The backpack is designed to fit more robust body types: the Plus Size fit corresponds to clothing sizes 2X–6X and includes a lumbar belt and longer shoulder straps, along with other modifications aimed at improving the fit. The torso length remains the same as other Gregory models.

It features a separate zippered compartment for the hydration reservoir, with an exit for the tube towards the shoulder straps, which can also be used for tablets or laptops. The front pocket made of elastic mesh with buckle closure provides extra space for gear, while the quick-access zippered front pocket includes a key clip and internal compartments for better organization. The main compartment is spacious and accessible via a zip, with dual compression straps equipped with quick-release buckles to secure the load.

Completing the design are dual side pockets made of elastic mesh for water bottles or small items, ergonomically shaped pull tabs with non-slip grip, reflective webbing loops for increased visibility, and a front gear loop. The lumbar belt is removable, and the recommended maximum load is 11 kg.
