Grivel Shield climbing harness accessory spinal protection
Grivel Shield is a small polypropylene disc to be applied to the back of the climbing harness. Its shape and semi-rigid consistency allow you to protect the lower part of the spine from potential trauma from a fall during climbing. The Shield absorbs, with its honeycomb structure, the force of the impact transmitted to the harness. It is also capable of protecting against impacts with the rock in the affected area. Super lightweight and very comfortable to use.
Not applicable to harnesses with the strap already high.
