HMS Hip Band Set 3w1 elastic loop training
HMS Hip Band Set 3w1 is a set of two elastic rubber loop bands designed primarily for the glutes and to develop the entire thigh muscle group.
You can use them individually or in combination with weights or other tools: every time you use these bands, you will tone the adductor area.
You can also use them for the initial warm-up phase to increase your body temperature.
Inside this set, you will receive three bands of the same size (36 x 8 cm) but with different resistances: change the elastic based on the type of exercise or the intensity you want to give to your workout!
