Kayland Cross Mountain GTX are boots designed for backpacking and more demanding trekking.
These boots are in fact perfect for those who want a shoe to be used both for summer trekking but also for winter ones or even for the first mountaineering outings: in the back there is in fact the possibility of attaching a semi-automatic crampon.
The upper is made with a particular anti-cut technical fabric to increase the resistance of the shoe while the microporous midsole cushions shocks and vibrations to perfection.
The tread compound is a Vibram Mulaz EVO with 5 mm caps that ensure perfect grip both uphill and downhill in all types of terrain.
The presence of the Ankle Lock System technology should be noted: it keeps the ankle steady without forcing it.
Finally, they have a Gore-Tex Performance Comfort membrane that guarantees complete impermeability to water, snow and humidity.
