Kong KISA energy absorber via ferrata
The energy absorber for via ferrata Kong KISA allows for the gradual dissipation of the impact force due to a fall, thanks to the friction caused by the rope in the device.
It is perfect for creating a dissipation system for a via ferrata set as well as for increasing the safety of belay points in critical situations or positions.
The KISA absorber allows the use of ropes with a diameter of 9 to 11mm, achieving different degrees of friction and sliding.
The diameter and length of the rope depend on the weight of the user and the type and condition of the rope. With wet ropes, for example, the sliding is less.
