The upper made of 1.6 mm Hydro-Perwanger® leather, water-repellent and abrasion-resistant, is designed to mold to the ergonomics of the female foot, while the GORE-TEX Performance Comfort membrane ensures total waterproofing and breathability in any weather condition. A smooth roll and natural support are guaranteed by the innovative Double Heel™ construction, whose very pronounced dual rear lug geometry increases braking effect on descents and significantly reduces muscle fatigue. Ankle stability is entrusted to the 3D Flex System Evo™ directional joint with shaped and protected ankle, allowing superior control of the support without limiting mobility. The midsole, lightened thanks to internal inserts made of expanded material for greater cushioning, is protected by an anti-abrasion TPU film and completed with reinforced fabric edging against impacts and rocks. To ensure maximum traction on ascents and control during descents, the Vibram® rubber outsole utilizes the Impact Brake System™ technology with 5 mm lugs, and is fully resoleable to maintain quality over time.
