The Jackal II Boa Woman from La Sportiva is a women's trail running shoe designed for high performance over long distances and ultra-marathons in the mountains. This technical outdoor footwear ensures a quick and effortless precision fit thanks to the Boa Fit system combined with PerformFit Wrap technology, scientifically tested to guarantee stability and reduce impact on the foot along the most technical sections of the trail. The protective upper is made of sandwich mesh fabric from recycled material with thermoplastic polyurethane reinforcements, completed with a tongue and collar in Ariaprene and a closure with two Boa dials that act on a three-layer microfiber flap, ensuring maximum heel hold and perfect personalized adjustment. The internal lining is also made of abrasion-resistant mesh fabric from recycled material, while the plantar comfort is provided by a 4 mm eco-friendly Ortholite Hybrid Mountain Running insole. The structural strength lies in the EVA midsole with Infinitoo high energy return technology, supported by a high-density EVA rock guard and an additional internal cushioning platform to protect the foot over long distances. Maximum grip on mountain terrain is guaranteed by the ultra-sticky FriXion White outsole with Impact Brake System technology for optimal traction and braking. This model for mountain running features a sole thickness of 33 mm at the heel and 26 mm at the forefoot, offering a 7 mm drop and lugs with a height of 3.5 mm.
