The upper has a Gore Tex membrane, a waterproof and breathable material, integrated with a practical and enveloping lacing system: it allows your foot to be wrapped without uncomfortable pressure thanks to the wide fit of the Ultra Raptor. Comfort and performance in one solution! The EVA midsole with differentiated thickness (thicker at the toe and thinner at the heel) offers stability and cushioning for your long-distance runs. The sole is made of FriXion White compound, super sticky, grippy, and non-marking: perfect for those who love running on outdoor trails! Ultra Raptor has the Impact Brake System technology: an innovative system applied to the sole that absorbs impact, aids in traction, and holds during braking. Designed and developed by the La Sportiva Research and Development center, it offers real benefits during running by reducing negative impact with the ground. The particular arrangement of the lugs ensures that some of them make contact with the ground first, softening the landing of the tread.
