Lattice Training Foamie rubber ball for muscle warming
Lattice Foamie is a soft rubber ball with an oval and ergonomic shape. Designed for warming up before climbing.
It is used to engage the forearm flexors at low intensity, for example during a quick warm-up or rehabilitation after an injury.
The ergonomic shape ensures the proper use of all fingers and fills the entire hand.
You can easily carry it to the crag or gym in your backpack or bag.
