The Mountain Hardwear Lamina -20F/-29°C is a sleeping bag designed for mountaineering and camping activities in cold conditions. The seamless construction and Temperlite synthetic insulation help retain heat without adding excessive weight. The standard mummy design, combined with the shaped draft collar, contributes to a comfortable and draft-free rest. The two-way zipper also facilitates entry, exit, and ventilation.

The Regular version features a new outer fabric and Temperlite insulation, which maintains equivalent performance in a lighter package without compromising durability. The Lamina construction is designed to maximize the loft of the insulation, eliminate cold spots, and thermally distribute the padding in areas where heat concentration is needed.

The bag is suitable for use in mountaineering and camping and features a lightweight and compressible 20D ripstop polyester outer fabric with a DWR treatment. The patented welded construction enhances the volume of insulation and reduces thermal loss. The Temperlite insulation allows for a significant weight reduction while maintaining warmth and loft capability, while the zonal distribution of the padding optimizes thermal efficiency and weight management.

The standard mummy cut ensures efficiency, warmth, and comfort, while the shaped collar prevents warm air from escaping. The custom-designed hood helps reduce drafts and retain heat. The lightweight and durable No. 5 two-way zipper features an anti-snag system for ease of use and ventilation, and is accompanied by a reflective pull tab visible in the dark. Versions with zippers on both the left and right are available.

The sleeping bag includes a nylon compression sack and a mesh storage sack. The approximate weight is 2300 g. The compressed volume is 16.2 liters. The maximum user length is 183 cm, with a shoulder circumference of 168 cm and a hip circumference of 147 cm. The stated temperature limit is -29°C.
