Northeast Climb Hang Pair portable climbing holds: train and warm up for climbing wherever and whenever you want with these two wooden holds equipped with a cord to hang them! Since they are not fixed, you will also do a lot of core training, including abdominal work, in addition to finger strength.
The holds each have two notches, one at 20 mm and one at 25 mm, and are sold in pairs.
