Along with seven 12 cm quickdraws, you receive three quickdraws with a 25 cm sling, perfect when you are moving on less linear routes in the mountains and need a longer anchor to reduce rope drag.
The DMM Alpha Trad climbing quickdraw features an 11 mm thick Dyneema sling. It is the ideal compromise between weight and comfort thanks to the wide carabiner with a 27 mm opening!
The reduced weight is due to both the sling and the hot forging of the carabiner, which makes it slim despite its high strength on the minor axis. The wire gate further contributes to reducing weight, while the keylock nose prevents the carabiner from snagging on the rope or protection during maneuvers. Perfect for mountaineering.
