Ortovox Shovel Beast PC is a lightweight and versatile avalanche shovel, with an excellent balance between size and performance.
Small, compact, and efficient, the Beast weighs only 580 grams and is suitable for both beginners and demanding skiers. Thanks to its usable length of 83 cm and a volume of 2.3 liters, it allows you to work super efficiently in emergency situations.
Made of aluminum with specific differentiated heat treatments for the handle and blade area, with high side edges and a pronounced central rib, you will have the torsional rigidity and stability you need. The sharp blade ensures optimal performance.
Thanks to the telescopic handle with a quick-release device, it easily fits in your backpack. The T-shaped grip allows for a firm and secure hold, and it can also be adjusted for right-handed and left-handed users.
