Ortovox Switchback 27 ski mountaineering backpack
Ortovox Switchback 27 is a ski mountaineering backpack designed for the most technical outings: it perfectly combines weight and comfort.
With a truly lightweight design, the main feature of Switchback is the ability to access all your gear without having to take the backpack off your shoulders. You can easily and quickly reach the pockets on the shoulders and hips, the side compartment for crampons, skins, and booties, and the rope without removing the backpack. You can also attach skis parallel to the backpack with a carabiner while wearing it.
The zipper running along the entire back is also convenient, allowing you to access the safety compartment and the main compartment from every angle.
On the outside, you will find two handy daisy chains, two ice axe attachments, a rope securing strap, and a net for carrying a helmet.
Don't forget the simply fantastic back panel that perfectly distributes weight whether Switchback is fully loaded or the side compression straps are tightened.
