P3 Pro 3 Functional Suspension Trainer is a tool similar to the TRX, perfect for training and muscle strengthening.

The straps have a metal buckle that allows you to adjust their length depending on the exercise you are doing, while the handles have a double grip: a hard rubber part, unlike the Pro 2 model which has a hard foam part, for gripping with your hands, and a soft part for placing your feet to perform many types of abdominal exercises.
