The Ascensionist Pack 55 l by Patagonia is a spacious and functional climbing and mountaineering backpack, designed in every detail. The backpack is intended to tackle long approaches and to accompany you on expeditions where lightness and durability are key elements.
The Ascensionist Pack has a capacity of 55 liters and is structured with a double aluminum support for heavier loads without hindering the flexibility of the backpack.
The structure has various removable elements (flap, aluminum supports, and padding of the hip belt) designed to allow you to customize its use according to the final goal.
The backpack is made of ripstop nylon characterized by a DWR treatment for long-lasting water repellency.
The exterior of the backpack offers the possibility to hang ice axes and is equipped with two rows of daisy chains designed to increase the load capacity; the top features a recovery loop that is also convenient for transport.
The wide top opening helps facilitate loading and removal of removable parts, while the drawstring closure makes it extremely practical and secure. The internal pocket keeps small essential items easily accessible.
