Patagonia Cragsmith Pack 32 l is a compact, simple, and highly effective crag backpack: exactly what you need for your day under the project you are about to crush. You can also rest assured about all your gear: the Cragsmith is durable thanks to its 630 denier nylon construction coated with polyurethane and treated for water resistance (Durable Water Resistant).
The Cragsmith works like a charm because it is simple and straightforward: the exterior is a compact shell with just two side straps to compress it when necessary, two pockets for water bottles, and another pair of straps to increase carrying capacity.
And here comes the cool feature of this backpack: the top opening allows you to load your gear, and the zipper that runs along the entire back gives you immediate access to everything you have packed. All you have to do is throw the backpack on the ground and unzip it!
The 32-liter Cragsmith is equipped with padded shoulder straps (adjustable both above and below) that help you support the weight when fully loaded, a minimalist waist belt with a buckle closure, and a top handle for hand carrying. It also has an internal pocket on the back that can be used for a hydration system.
The Cragsmith is available in two sizes, with the L-XL being slightly taller than the small version.
