Petzl Sirocco new ultralight helmet for climbing and mountaineering.
Unmatched lightness for demanding climbers and mountaineers! The Sirocco helmet is designed to provide an excellent balance between lightness (only 170 g!) and protection. Its enveloping design, lowered at the back, ensures reinforced protection all around the head. Its compactness, combined with excellent ventilation, guarantees comfortable use throughout the day.
Ultralight design:
- Only 170 g, ideal for long hikes,
- Minimal adjustment buckle and straps for greater comfort and lightness,
- Hybrid construction with EPP (expanded polypropylene) shell and hard shell injected with EPS (expanded polystyrene) foam.
Reinforced protection:
- Designed according to Petzl's Top and Side Protection brand,
- Enveloping design for optimal protection against lateral, frontal, and rear impacts.
Maximum comfort during activity:
- Open front profile of the helmet to ensure an extra-large field of vision, without feeling the edges of the helmet,
- Fully adjustable thanks to the adjustment of the straps around the head and chin strap,
- Minimal buckle with locking cover to prevent accidental loosening,
- Ventilation holes, internal padding, and internal shell with grooves that facilitate air circulation,
- Two front hooks and a rear elastic to secure a headlamp.
