Powerball Hybrid Autostart Classic climbing training gyroscope is a tool that helps you train and strengthen the forearm muscles, recommended also for rehabilitation programs and injury prevention.
Hybrid Autostart Classic is a hybrid that combines the power of a zinc rotor with a robust and lightweight polycarbonate shell.
The Autostart activation mechanism is simple and intuitive. You just need to give three turns to the wheel connected to the internal rotor and then keep it rotating steadily.
With the constant movement of hands and wrists, you will activate the finger flexor muscles and the agonist and antagonist muscles of the arm and elbow.
The exercise will be dynamic, allowing you to work the shoulder and chest muscles.
