Raumer Hang Fix inox M12XL Ø12x120mm double expansion Marina version

The 120 mm double expansion Hang Fix nail is the largest and most robust among those from Raumer, with a diameter of 12 mm and a length of 120 mm. Perfect for hard rocks like granite, limestone, or dolomite, this type of anchor also works very well in areas where the rock is soft or deteriorated on the surface but has a well-compacted underlying base.
WARNING: The Hang Fix M12XL nail is not recommended for certain types of extremely soft rocks like sandstone. In such cases, it is ideal to use chemical anchors.
WARNING: The 224M nail is in the Marina version, further resistant to corrosion caused by agents present near marine environments. Raumer applies a three-phase treatment for marine stainless steel: Solubilization - Pickling - Passivation. Unlike the normal version, nails with this technology feature a circular neck and a marking point on the head to clearly understand the type of Hang Fix installed. Item 304 (Optional)
Thanks to this modification made to the heads of Hang Fix nails, one can be sure that no one will be able to disassemble or steal the newly placed anchor. It will be sufficient to widen the two tabs made on the head of the nail: in this way, in case of unscrewing, the screw locks onto the deformed threads and the pin rotates freely. For optimal operation, we recommend using the Raumer punch (Item 305).
