The Raumer Rock 10 mm plate with a 10 mm hole is a stainless steel plate that anyone who has climbed at least once has surely seen. The main features of the product are its strength and the great versatility of the hole: its width allows for the simultaneous use of two carabiners! Moreover, its cost remains extremely competitive. Another great strength is the absolute simplicity of the plate, which, with a thickness of 3.5 mm and a matte gray color, becomes practically invisible on the rock, making it very discreet. It has become a classic in the world of mountaineering, climbing, and rescue.
WARNING: This plate is made of AISI 316L stainless steel, but you can also find it in Marine version, which is further resistant to corrosion caused by agents present in marine environments. Raumer performs a three-stage treatment for marine stainless steel: Solubilization - Pickling - Passivation.
