Raumer TAP 12 x 31 mm M8 in steel is a self-drilling anchor in a pack of 10 pieces, to be used in mountaineering. Sold in a pack of 10 pieces (10 bodies + 10 cones).
Item produced following a high market demand. The advantage is that in this case, it is not necessary to use a drill to make the hole, but everything can be done manually with the help of the Stroker, also from Raumer.
Material: CrNi cemented and galvanized steel.
Sophisticated design that ensures a perfect anchor to the rock.
The teeth are very robust and durable, so it is not necessary to use another TAP to complete the hole.
Advantages: quick installation, extremely durable, safe and reliable.
Attention: before using the TAP anchor, always read the attached technical data sheet and general information. Always use the body of the TAP with the cone (item 720 A) provided by Raumer Srl.
Using it with other types of cones, which may have unsuitable sizes, can compromise the hold of the anchor.

This accessory should not be used to create anchors in crags or where climber fall is expected.
