Rustam Climbing Bombita is a high-quality wooden hangboard that allows you to train hard without any excuses.
Carefully designed, Bombita allows you to gradually increase the difficulty of your exercises, whether they are hangs or pulls.
Thanks to various grip depths, this hangboard is suitable for experienced individuals as well as those with a bit less experience. You can enjoy doing countless pulls in different modes, but you can also hang in suspension for hours.
At the top, you will find perfectly round, recessed grips with different (but symmetrical) inclinations depending on the area, while just below these, you will find 28 mm deep pockets for many pulls.
Now comes the best part: there are two rows of small notches for doing many suspensions and training to complete your project on rock.
Grip depths in the central row: 12 mm - 15 mm - 18 mm
Grip depths in the lower row: 7 mm - 8 mm - 10 mm
Finally, in the middle, you will find single grips for doing one-arm exercises as well.
