Rustam Climbing Monik is a small portable climbing hold. A one-finger hold made of wood that allows you to train the strength of all your fingers separately.
Have you ever found a one-finger pocket on your project and been afraid to pull on it or unable to hold it? Monik was created precisely for this.
An absolute novelty in the climbing world, climber Rustam Gelmanov wanted to fill this gap that was still missing by creating this small wooden hold that you can put in your pocket and train wherever you want.
You can train with either hangs or pulls, so by hanging this hold, but you can also attach the hold to a machine or a pulley and lift weight discs.
Additionally, you can also use Monik as a TRX and thus train both arms and fingers at the same time.
Very useful to use for rehabilitation purposes after an injury.
