Rustam Climbing Pinchette hangboard climbing
Rustam Climbing Pinchette is a hangboard designed to train a grip that is very difficult to train at home but that you will always find in your outdoor climbing projects!
It is indeed a hangboard designed to improve your pinch grip: meticulously studied to avoid being traumatic on the wrists, on the side you will have two mega pinches available!
To ensure it has everything you need, however, Pinchette also has two rows of holds of different thicknesses and a scoop grip at the top!
In just a few cm, you have a 100% complete hangboard with which you can have some great training sessions at home: you can do a lot of hangs with or without extra weight!
If you find that the hangs start to become easy, begin doing pull-ups, from the classic ones to the more fun variations, and you will see how much your level will rise!
