Made from very high-quality wood with excellent porosity that maintains grip over time, they are shaped like a parallelepiped with a hole in the center for a cord that allows you to hang them from whichever side you prefer.
In fact, these holds not only have a perfect top bar for warming up, but they also have three different thickness notches. You will find two on the same side with depths of 12 and 8 mm, and one on the opposite side with a depth of 18 mm.
Remember that training on unstable surfaces has become very popular in recent years because, in addition to training the upper body muscles, you are forced to keep your whole body stable to avoid twists and oscillations.
