SALEWA Ergo Core via ferrata set is the best in terms of lightness and comfort, safety, and maneuverability.
Ergo Core consists of two retractable webbing ends to which two Ergotec 3.0 carabiners are attached.
The retractable webbing allows you to keep the two ends at the necessary and comfortable length.
The two Ergotec 3.0 carabiners are large, lightweight, ergonomic, and easy to use even while wearing gloves, thanks to the wide opening of the lever for clipping and unclipping maneuvers. This is the new version of these carabiners that have been revised and improved, offering a wider opening and greater ergonomics.
Their design requires 30% less effort from the hands compared to traditional via ferrata carabiners, as confirmed by tests from the Technical University of Munich. Ergotec 3.0 are also characterized by a mechanism that prevents any accidental opening.
