SCARPA Maverick Mid GTX WMN women's trekking boots
SCARPA Maverick Mid GTX WMN is a trekking shoe designed for all women looking for a comfortable fit for fast hikes and trekking on any terrain.
We are indeed talking about a shoe with a Gore-Tex membrane that guarantees complete waterproofness, with fantastic grip thanks to the compound developed by SCARPA SuperGum. This features 4.5 mm lugs spaced apart to allow dirt to escape.
You will also find in the midsole a low-density EVA insert in the heel to perfectly absorb shocks, while the rest of the midsole is also made of EVA but with medium density to provide lightness and stability to the shoe.
All of this is enhanced by the Dynamic Stabilizer Torsion System that prevents foot twisting.
As for the upper, it is made of technical fabric with TPU inserts that reinforce the shoe and protect it from abrasions and impacts against rocks.
