Sea To Summit Alto TR2 Plus trekking tent
Sea To Summit Alto TR2 Plus is an ultra-lightweight and semi-freestanding trekking tent that offers maximum livability and comfort for 3+ seasons.
The difference with the standard variant lies in the use of materials suitable for cold and wet seasons. The inner tent made of 20D ripstop nylon keeps out cold drafts, while the 20D nylon floor with a water column of 2500 mm is waterproof and suitable for the wettest ground conditions. The outer fly is made of 15D nylon coated with polyurethane, making it rainproof and waterproof.
One of the features that sets this model apart from the competition is the internal space and comfort! The Tension Ridge system allows for vertical walls and a more livable space where you can sit comfortably. The doors are also taller than the competition to provide easier access and more space in the vestibule.
The DAC NSL pole set is ultra-durable and color-coded with quick-connect features that facilitate installation. The tent transport system, called FairShare, includes 3 different bags that allow you to divide the load for optimized storage in your backpack, or share the transport with your adventure companions. After installation, the gear bags transform into storage pockets. The pole bag, when paired with a headlamp, can be attached to the tent ceiling, turning it into a bright lamp. At the highest point of the tent, there is an oversized and zippered vent designed to expel hot air and prevent condensation.
Included are 9 stakes and 4 removable guylines with custom fastening toggles.
