The SNAP Snapclimbing Phatty bouldering crash pad is a high-end, robust, foldable pad designed to provide effective and long-lasting cushioning during climbing sessions. Featuring a seamless cover with ultra-durable high-frequency welds, this model ensures excellent durability over time, while the grip eyelets positioned at the four corners facilitate securing it to the ground. The core of the pad utilizes Wavy Technology to offer adaptive cushioning: the honeycomb polyurethane foam absorbs small impacts, while the combination of cross-linked recycled polyethylene foam and high-density polyurethane foam cushions more violent falls. Field practicality is ensured by removable shoulder straps, belt loops available as accessories, and straps with metal buckles completely free of plastic, along with a very useful integrated doormat to clean climbing shoes before bouldering.
To facilitate transport and storage, the Phatty conveniently folds in half thanks to two Velcro fastening strips positioned at the fold. The outer cover is made from 100% recycled 600D polyester with a protective TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) coating, confirming the technical and eco-friendly essence of the product. Weighing a total of 9 kg, the crash pad offers a large protection surface: when open, it measures 150 cm in length, 100 cm in width, and 14 cm in thickness, while its closed dimensions reduce to 100 cm in length, 75 cm in width, and 28 cm in thickness, making it the ideal choice to ensure maximum safety in your bouldering sessions.
