Tenaya Tatanka is a super versatile climbing shoe: you can use it on both vertical and overhanging walls as well as for indoor climbing.
This model is the same as the Inti, the shoes chosen by Alex Megos for the ascent of Estado Critico, the first 9a onsight in the world. The main difference lies in the lacing system: in the Tatanka, we find laces, which are slower but much more adjustable. Thanks to the laces extending to the toe, you can perfectly adjust the internal volumes to have a super snug shoe even when it has been worn for a while and the upper has given a bit.
Slightly softer than the Tenaya RA, Tatanka offers excellent sensitivity on footholds without compromising its precision.
Thanks to its slight asymmetry and curvature, it is extremely precise on every foothold, even the smallest.
