Tendon Alpine 7.9 mm Complete Shield half rope climbing
Tendon Alpine 7.9 mm Complete Shield is a high-level half rope for climbing, also certified as a twin rope! Super versatile, it allows you to perform at your best on long traditional and sport routes, as well as on ice and mixed climbing.
With its diameter of 7.9 mm, it has an extremely low weight of 39 grams per meter. Unmatched in alpine environments, where every extra gram can make a difference.
This version is also equipped with the Complete Shield treatment, which protects the rope from water, dirt, and abrasion.
This coating is achieved using the new method of progressive Nanotechnology. Tiny particles of Eco Teflon are applied to the sheath and core of the rope, forming a protective layer that is almost waterproof. The strands of the rope are thus protected from dust and water, which would otherwise damage the rope's structure. Complete Shield is an impregnation that significantly extends the overall lifespan of Tendon ropes.
